Okay, there are some funny translations on signs, some cute stories in trying to get ourselves understood, but this translation that our guide did for us is the absolute best!
From Katie's Medical Exam (for the Consulate):
"Orphanage notes heart defect. No murmur found. Recommend further examination upon arrival home."
Okay it was something like, I about started crying when Rosa told us. We thought that is what they were saying, but to actually hear it! Wow. Now, to verify with our pediatrician and pediatric cardiologist.
