Katie is officially a Citizen of the US (well she has been since Dec 19th), but we have the documents to prove it...prove it enough to get her Social Security Card now! So, we can claim her on taxes, get her a passport, and then we'll readopt her and get a US birth certificate.
Came with a nice form letter congratulating her on her citizenship from Pres Bush.
the photo though...man she looks sad, sick, and mad. Yeah, that about sums up how she was in China.
