Yet another post about what all Katie is saying these days as I have got to preserve those...er...precious memories. ;)
In the van running errands, Samuel will start making noises that only a little 5 year old boy can make. Very annoying ones. After a minute or so, we hear from Katie's seat, rather emphatically, "DOP!!!! DOP!!!!!!" Katie tells Samuel to stop now.
"Gon Mahk," Katie calls to John Mark when he is in her eyesight but not paying her attention. "Gon Mahk! Gon Mahk!"
"Duck!" is what she repeats when we say "Stuck."
"Wan hot." - remember that's "Want food" She now does the sign for food as well.
Buff-fly is butterfly
dah is doll
bah is ball
Baba is Daddy
Dada is Daddy
Mah-om is me when she's angry
Mom is me when she's almost happy and only says it on her own terms, which is rarely...but hey, I have a name.
co-cola is not heard nearly as much, but we do hear "du" for juice, and "mih" for milk.
She answers practically any question you ask her with "yeah" or "no"
She will also whine "NOoooooo" when she doesn't want to do something, in perfect 2 year old ways.
She will also say, "Wan nap," "nigh-nigh," and "wan nigh-nigh" which is always music to my ears. ;)
She babbles a ton, and whines perfectly.

Awww! I love how little ones talk... I miss it!
Don't you just LOVE baby talk? Nothing is sweeter to my ears.:)
AWWW that is too cute!! Enjoy because it doesn't last long LOL.
My 14 Year Old would only say one thing for the longest time: Liggo.
He would just say "Liggo, liggo, liggo" over and over, not asking for anything specific. He'd just potter around the room, smiling, picking things up saying, "Liggo, liggo, liggo".
We never did find out if it meant anything.
